Time Line Therapy™ is a powerful technique that can literally turn your life around. What if you could eliminate stress, anxiety and depression and release those negative emotions that weigh you down and interfere with your relationships and life choices? What if you could get rid of the affects of traumatic experience and phobias? What if you could begin to create a future that you have only yet dreamed of?
Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis are not traditional NLP techniques but are invaluable additions to the NLP portfolio.
Carrying an Emotional Load
Why is it that from the moment you are born and as you go through life you accumulate emotional debris? Added to this is the emotional baggage you collect and inherit from people who have taught, disciplined and even loved you. Many of these lessons come from their personal perspectives, and if you consider this, have little or no relationship to your personal experiences.
Deep down you might know this. However, how often do you feel that many of these lessons seem imprinted indelibly upon your life and add increasingly to your emotional load?
Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis are techniques that can help you let go of this emotional baggage for good.
Giving You a Fresh Start
Time Line Therapy™ is probably the most effective addition to the NLP Toolbox. By removing this accumulation of emotional debris, Time Line Therapy™ literally takes the problems of the world off your shoulders and gives you a fresh start by getting rid of negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt; and eliminating limiting decisions that prevent you from reaching your true and amazing potential.
Time Line Therapy™ was created by Dr Tad James and has been practiced and taught under his supervision for over two decades. There have been many imitations and it is important to recognise that Time Line Therapy™ is not Regression Therapy, Inner Child Work or 'Walking' the Time Line.
Time Line Therapy™ is a process where clients are guided to actively use their imagination and navigate their personal Time Line. During this process they let go of negative emotions and limiting decisions whilst retaining positive learnings. The therapist ensures at all times that the client does not associate into traumatic events (or re-experience the trauma) and this protects the client from the distress that revisiting these events might cause.
